Success at NYCA 2014

Players from north and south Wales enjoyed success in the NYCA competition held in Northampton on 28 September 2014.

 

Joint winners of the event were Sussex and Cheshire & North Wales, both scoring 28.5. South Wales came fourth on 23, and were in the running for a top three place before falling away in the final round. (Final scores in the under 14s were Cheshire and North Wales 28.5, Sussex 28.5, Kent 25, South Wales 23, Berkshire 19.5, Manchester 14, Buckinghamshire 11.5, Yorkshire 11.5, Leicestershire 10.5, Lancashire 8)

 

Scores for the players in the South Wales team were: Ben Choo Yin 1.5, Chirag Guha 2, Shayanna Sivarajasingam 2, Karanvir Lutchman Singh 2, James Evans 2, Venetia Sivarajasingam 3, Stephanie Du Toit 2.5, Daniel Siromani 2, Hugo Fowler 1, Caspian Fowler 0.5, Aishwarya L. Singh 1.5, Arun Calist 3.
