Members will be saddened to hear that Don Smith from Caerphilly passed away unexpectedly on 24th October.
Older players will remember him as a stalwart of Caerphilly's first team through the 1970s to 1990s, and for many years he was president of the Caerphilly club.
He passed his skills on to his son Jeff who has represented Wales in Olympiads and still plays in North Wales.
Our good wishes are with Jeff and the family at this sad time.
The funeral is to be a small family affair.
